Island garages, shops and commercial slabs can have old sealers, moisture concerns, cracks, soft coatings or uneven aggregate. We start by looking at the concrete itself—not by forcing every floor into the same package.
Our process can include diamond grinding, dust-controlled edge work, crack and divot repair, moisture-aware primers, a broadcast flake or solid-color build, and a protective topcoat selected for the space.
Because we are based in Friday Harbor and equipped for larger preparation work, we understand ferry logistics and the extra planning island projects require.

How much does an epoxy garage floor cost in the San Juan Islands?+
Price depends on square footage, slab condition, repairs, ferry logistics and the coating system. Photos and approximate measurements are enough for us to start narrowing down a realistic range.
Do you grind the concrete first?+
Yes. Mechanical surface preparation is central to our coating work. The exact tooling and number of passes depend on the concrete, old coatings and the system being installed.
Can I choose the flake color?+
Yes. We use Torginol decorative flake options and can source a broad range of curated and custom color blends. We recommend confirming final colors with a physical sample.
Do you work on Orcas and Lopez?+
Yes. We schedule work on San Juan, Orcas and Lopez, and we also take selected projects in Anacortes and surrounding Northwest Washington.
